As the Owner and Clinical Director of Star Holistic Services Inc., I bring a wealth of experience in clinical practice, leadership, and mentorship to my work as a Clinical Supervisor. With over a decade of experience in mental health, child welfare, and education, I provide supervision that is both compassionate and grounded in real-world practice.

My background spans individual, couple, and family therapy, along with extensive experience as a Child Protection Worker and foster parent to over 30 youth across Ontario. I have served as a Clinical Supervisor for Registered Social Workers and as a Field Instructor for Master of Social Work students at the University of Toronto. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of supervising and mentoring more than 25 Child and Youth Workers and numerous Social Work students in both academic and professional settings.

My supervision style is reflective, supportive, and collaborative. I strive to create a safe and inclusive space where clinicians can explore their growth edges, enhance their clinical skills, and strengthen their professional identity. Drawing on modalities such as CBT, DBT, Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness-based approaches, I emphasize trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and evidence-based practice.

Whether you’re a new graduate seeking guidance as you begin your professional journey or an experienced clinician looking for reflective consultation, my goal is to support your development in a way that aligns with your values, promotes ethical and effective practice, and sustains your well-being in this deeply meaningful work.
