I am a Registered Social Worker with a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology and several years of experience supporting youth and adults navigating emotional regulation, identity struggles, relationship challenges, and trauma. I specialize in helping clients make sense of big emotions, shift unhelpful thought patterns, and create sustainable change in their lives.

My therapeutic style is warm, grounded, and collaborative. I believe that meaningful growth happens when clients feel safe enough to be honest - with themselves and with me. In our sessions, you can expect curiosity, directness, and space to explore what is really going on beneath the surface. Together, we will work to understand your patterns, uncover your strengths, and build the emotional flexibility to face life’s challenges with more clarity and confidence.

I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), and mindfulness practices. I also incorporate psychoeducation and body-based awareness work to support healing that lasts beyond the session. I have worked in both community and private practice settings and continue to deepen my learning through professional development focused on trauma, identity, and relational work.

I also bring my lived experience as an immigrant and a child of immigrants into the room - something that informs my understanding of cultural complexity, generational dynamics, and the pressure to “figure it all out.” Outside of therapy, I enjoy reading murder mysteries, practicing yoga, and travelling. These interests help me stay curious, grounded, and open - qualities I bring into the therapy space as well. If you are ready to start therapy or simply curious about how it might help, I invite you to reach out for a free consultation. Let’s explore whether we are a good fit.
