Areas of Expertise

I’m a dedicated and compassionate social worker, committed to supporting individuals as they navigate life’s challenges. My approach is warm and collaborative, and I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions, gain insight, and build the skills needed to create meaningful change.

My practice is grounded in empathy, cultural sensitivity, and evidence-based approaches. I draw from a range of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care. I tailor each session to your unique needs—whether you're coping with a crisis, processing past experiences, or seeking personal growth.

I believe that everyone deserves to be heard and understood. Together, we’ll work toward building resilience, deepening self-awareness, and cultivating the tools to lead a more fulfilling life.

If you’re ready to take the next step, I invite you to reach out. I’m here to walk alongside you on your path to healing and self-discovery.
