His practice is rooted in empathy, cultural sensitivity, and evidence-based approaches. Russell draws from therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care, tailoring his work to each client's unique needs. Whether navigating a crisis, processing past experiences, or seeking personal growth, Russell is here to support clients every step of the way.
