About Me

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over six years of experience supporting children, youth, individuals, and families through life’s most difficult and tender moments. I’m deeply passionate about helping people feel seen, understood, and supported—especially when life feels overwhelming, uncertain, or heavy.

In our work together, my goal is to create a space where you feel safe to be yourself—where your story, feelings, and experiences are met with empathy and respect. I believe healing happens through connection, and I strive to help you feel grounded, hopeful, and equipped to take the next steps forward.

My background includes several years in child protection and foster care support, where I walked alongside children, families, and caregivers navigating complex emotional and relational challenges. Those experiences taught me the importance of compassion, curiosity, and cultural sensitivity in every interaction.

As a Child Protection Worker, I supported families in crisis, helped children feel safe and heard during difficult transitions, and worked collaboratively to strengthen relationships and build long-term stability. Earlier in my career, as a Foster Support Worker, I partnered with foster families to nurture attachment, manage behavioural challenges, and create environments that promote healing and growth. I also had the privilege of mentoring social work students, encouraging them to develop reflective, relationship-based practices.

These experiences continue to shape my approach today—grounded in authenticity, respect, and deep care for the people I work with.
