"I believe that healing begins when we feel truly seen, understood, and supported without judgment. My goal is to create a compassionate and collaborative space where you can freely explore your emotions, reconnect with your inner strength, and build confidence in your ability to navigate life’s challenges. Together, we’ll work toward uncovering resilience, fostering self-acceptance, and moving forward with clarity and purpose—one step at a time"
I am a Master of Social Work student at the University of Toronto dedicated to supporting children, youth and adults through life’s challenges, transitions, and moments of growth. My practice is rooted in empathy, respect, and collaboration, fostering a safe and inclusive space where every client feels seen and heard.

With experience in mental health, crisis response, and educational support, I’ve had the privilege of working with diverse communities—including individuals with developmental disabilities, adolescents managing emotional and behavioral challenges, and clients navigating trauma, relationship difficulties, and major life changes. These experiences have reinforced my belief in adapting therapy to each client’s unique strengths and circumstances.

My approach is personalized and evidence-based, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), and Mindfulness. I also incorporate psychoeducation to help clients better understand their experiences and build lasting strategies for growth. My work across community and educational settings continues to deepen my commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive care.

I bring authenticity and lived experience to my practice, helping me connect with the complexities of family, culture, and transition. Outside of therapy, I value mindfulness, travel, and new experiences that keep me grounded and present.

In our work together, my goal is to help you uncover your strengths, rediscover your voice, and move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life—one grounded in reflection, growth, and empowerment.
