About Me
Therapy can be a vulnerable step, and I honour the courage it takes to reach out. Whether you’re beginning therapy for the first time or returning after past experiences, my aim is to offer a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and supported. I value collaboration and welcome your honesty and feedback as we work together.

I have experience supporting adolescents, adults, and seniors in navigating a wide range of emotional and mental health challenges. My clinical background includes working with people experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, addictions, life transitions, precarious housing, chronic illness, physical impairments, daily stressors, learning disabilities, social and emotional challenges, behavioural concerns, and grief and loss.

My therapeutic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, and self-compassion practices. I ground my work in an intersectional, anti-racist, anti-oppressive, anti-colonial, and strengths-based framework that honours your identity and lived experience. I strongly believe that every person is resilient and deserving of wellness.

With over five years of experience across hospital, emergency, community, and shelter settings, I have supported individuals facing mental health crises, trauma, chronic illness, homelessness, and the impacts of systemic barriers. These experiences shape the empathetic, culturally aware lens I bring into the therapy space.

Outside of work, you’ll often find me spending time with my cats or planning my next travel adventure.
