"I believe every person has the capacity to heal and grow. In my practice, I strive to create a compassionate, safe space where your experiences are honoured, your strengths recognized, and your resilience gently nurtured. Together, we can explore your story, reflect on your experiences, and take meaningful steps toward healing—guided by your own inner strength."

Areas of Expertise

Types of Therapy Offered

My professional experience includes working with adolescents, adults and seniors in individual and couples therapy. I have supported many folks experiencing anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns; addictions; life transitions; precarious housing; suicidal ideations; physical impairments; daily life stressors; learning disabilities; social, emotional and behavioural challenges; and grief and loss.

I strongly believe that every person is resilient and deserving of wellness. As your therapist, I hope to create a safe and compassionate space where you can process your thoughts and express your feelings. We will work together to highlight your strengths and combat negative self-talk to promote healing and growth. I like to meet clients where they are; this is your therapy and we can take it as slowly as you need.

Whether you’re new to therapy or you’ve worked with someone in the past, I understand that asking for help can be hard. Therapy is a process which requires a bond between therapist and client and throughout our journey, I welcome transparency and feedback. Some approaches that I draw from include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotion Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, and Self-Compassion. I aim to practice utilizing an intersectional, anti-racist, anti-oppressive, anti-colonial, and strengths-based approach.
