I’m a Registered Social Worker who is passionate about creating safe, supportive spaces where people feel genuinely heard and understood. My work is guided by the belief that healing happens through connection — when we’re met with empathy, curiosity, and respect.
I bring over four years of experience working with children, youth, adults, and families across a range of care settings, including mental health clinics, hospitals, trauma rehabilitation, and child protection services. Whether I’m supporting someone recovering from trauma, managing anxiety or depression, navigating systemic barriers, or adjusting to a life transition, I take a client-centred and trauma-informed approach that honours each person’s unique story and strengths.

My background includes supporting individuals affected by injury-related trauma, children with developmental needs, and families facing crisis. I’ve worked closely with clients to build emotional regulation, improve daily functioning, strengthen family relationships, and connect to meaningful community supports. I’m especially mindful of the emotional complexity many people carry — and I strive to offer a space where those experiences can be explored without judgment.

In sessions, I prioritize collaboration and emotional safety. My role isn’t to give you all the answers — it’s to help you feel grounded, supported, and equipped to make sense of your experiences and move forward with greater clarity and confidence. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready for change, I’m here to walk alongside you at your pace. You don’t have to do it alone.
