About Me
I’m committed to creating a space where you feel seen, supported, and understood. I believe that healing grows through connection — when you’re met with empathy, curiosity, and genuine care.

My practice is grounded in a trauma-informed, client-centred approach. I’ve worked across a variety of care settings, including mental health clinics, hospitals, trauma rehabilitation, and child protection services. This range of experience allows me to support individuals, teens, children, and couples as they navigate anxiety or depression, process trauma, strengthen relationships, face systemic barriers, or move through major life transitions.

My experience also includes working with people healing from injury-related trauma, neurodiverse children and their families, and those managing a wide range of emotional and relational challenges. I’ve supported clients in building emotional regulation, improving communication, enhancing daily functioning, and connecting with meaningful community supports. I understand that many people and families carry complex histories, and I strive to offer a space where those experiences can be explored without pressure or judgment.

In our sessions, collaboration and emotional safety come first. I’m not here to give you a list of answers — I’m here to help you feel grounded, supported, and empowered as you make sense of your experiences. Together, we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you, building clarity, resilience, and confidence along the way.

If you or your family are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or ready for change, you don’t have to navigate it alone. I’m here to walk alongside you.
