About Me

I am a dedicated Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), my journey into counselling grew from deep curiosity about human experiences and my heartfelt commitment to supporting others in their search for balance and well-being. I believe that everyone holds the potential to heal and thrive, and I approach therapy with compassion, authenticity, and respect. By listening with care and creating a safe space, I support individuals in uncovering their strengths, navigating life’s challenges, and moving forward with greater clarity and confidence.

To me, one of the most impactful elements of therapy is the connection between a therapist and a client, grounded in safety, trust, and nonjudgmental understanding. I am dedicated to helping individuals manage life’s difficulties, improve their mental health, and develop practical strategies that support resilience, confidence, and lasting fulfillment.

I deeply respect the unique backgrounds, identities, and life experiences each client brings into the therapy space. I strive to create an environment where every story and perspective is welcomed and valued. I understand the vulnerability involved in seeking support and approach that trust with thoughtfulness and care.

My work is informed by a range of therapeutic modalities, allowing me to tailor treatment to each individual. I integrate evidence-based approaches such as CBT, attachment-based therapy, Internal Family Systems, trauma-informed care, and mindfulness practices to support your specific goals, whether that involves emotional regulation, strengthening communication, shifting unhelpful patterns, or fostering deeper connection with yourself and others.

I provide therapy for children, teens, adults, and couples, supporting individuals and relationships through a wide range of emotional, relational, and life challenges.
