About Me

Hello!

My name is Elisa and I am a recent and highly motivated Bachelor of Arts graduate from York University's Psychology program and I am currently taking my Masters at Yorkville University studying Psychology to become a future psychotherapist/counsellor.

I have a passion for providing care to improve the connection between behaviours and the health and well-being of the body and mind. I have experience assisting both adults and children with behavioural concerns in a variety of environments; from the classroom to the hospital. I am eager to utilise my empathetic communication skills, and knowledge of evidence-based practises to advocate for clients and assist others in need.

I am enthusiastic to build a career in this field which will bring impactful change to individual’s lives. In my spare time, I love to focus on personal fitness and travel.
